DPP-180 Principle
The blister packaging machine operates through the following key steps:
Forming
A plastic sheet (e.g., PVC, PET, or PP) is heated to a soft state and vacuum-formed into cavities ("blisters") using a mold.
Product Loading
Products (e.g., pills, capsules, Liquid, paste,or small items) are automatically or manually placed into the formed blisters.
Sealing
A lidding material (e.g., aluminum foil or laminated film) is applied over the blisters and heat-sealed to the plastic sheet, creating an airtight seal.
Cooling & Cutting
The sealed blister sheet is cooled to solidify the seal, then die-cut into individual blister packs.
Core Components
Heating System: Softens the plastic sheet.
Forming Station: Uses vacuum/pressure to shape blisters.
Feeding System: Loads products into blisters.
Sealing Station: Bonds lidding material.
Cutting Unit: Separates blister packs.

1, The latest domestic high-power transmission mechanism is adopted, and the transmission shaft is driven by the row chain, which avoids the error and noise of other gear transmissions.
2, Electrical control system, in accordance with customer requirements, the configuration of missing material leakage and defect detection and elimination device (Omron Sensor) , using frequency converter.
