Products Description
Automatic Capsule Filling Machine-NJP 7500
NJP-1200C
Capsule filling machine is an automated pharmaceutical device that precisely fills empty capsules with powders, granules, pellets, or liquids. It is vital for pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, veterinary medicine, and food industries, ensuring high-speed, accurate dosing and compliance with GMP standards.
Workflow of a Automatic Capsule Filling Machine
Station 1: Capsule Separation
Separates empty capsule caps and bodies using vibration and vacuum systems.
Station 2: Lower Die Travel Transition
Transfers the lower die (holding capsule bodies) to the next stage.
Station 3: Reserved Feeding Station
Feeding device for pellet, pill, liquid and small capsules is available to be added as request.
Station 4: Primary Filling Station
Main station for filling capsules with the primary formulation (powder, tablets, or pellets).
Station 5: Reserved Feeding Station
Feeding device for pellet, pill, liquid and small capsules is available to be added as request.
Station 6: Rejection System
Automatically ejects defective capsules (misaligned, underfilled, or damaged).
Station 7: Upper Die Travel Transition
Transfers the upper die (holding capsule caps) to the sealing zone.
Station 8: Capsule Locking
Mechanically locks capsule caps and bodies under controlled pressure.
Station 9: Capsule Ejection
Outputs finished capsules into collection containers.
Station 10: Mold Cleaning Station
Cleans residual material from dies using air jets or vacuum systems.
Bottom Drive Mechanism
Applications
1. Pharma: Tablets alternatives, probiotics, herbal powders.
2. Nutraceuticals: Vitamins, fish oil, plant extracts.
3. Veterinary: Antibiotics, antiparasitics.
4. Food: Functional additives, flavor encapsulation.
5. R&D: Small-batch trials.
Key Features
1. Precision: Uses screw, piston, or dosator systems for ±2%-3% dosing accuracy, supporting multiple capsule sizes (00#-5#) and material types.
2. Automation: Performs capsule sorting, filling, locking, and ejection seamlessly at speeds up to 200,000 capsules/hour (model-dependent). Touchscreen HMIs enable easy operation and real-time monitoring.
3. Modular Design: Interchangeable components (turret, molds) allow quick format changes. Made of 304 stainless steel for hygiene and durability.
Advantages
1. Efficiency: 30% lower energy use vs. traditional machines; 24/7 operation.
2. Flexibility: Rapid changeover (<15 minutes) for multi-product lines.
3. Compliance: Meets FDA, CE, and ISO standards.
4. Low Waste: ≤0.1% capsule breakage; ≥99% material utilization.
Safety system
1. Safety signal interlock: The inverter, vacuum pump, door switch, etc. are interlocked with each other. If any of them fails, the equipment cannot be started.
2. Gate control: When the door is opened during production, the machine will automatically stop running and sound an alarm.
3. Material level: When the capsule and powder material level is insufficient, an alarm will be sounded. If it is not replenished in time within the set filling time, it will stop running.
The above faults will be displayed on the touch screen and will be reset after they are resolved.
