APPLICATION

PRINCIPLE
This equipment is composed of frame, rotating cage; drive,lifting, brake and control systems. When operating, firstly,load the bin in the rotating cage and press " Confirm " keyon the touch panel, the bin will be automatically raised inposition and clamped.On recep-tion of clamped signal bythe sensors, the drive system starts blending taskaccording to the set time and rotation speed. On reachingall the set parameters, the brake system operatesautomatically to stop the rotating cage to a horizontalposition and the blending task is finished. Then, the liftingsystem works to lower the bin on the ground and onreaching that position, it stops automati-cally. Finally, dataof this batch are printed. Move out the bin from the rotatingcage to transfer it for the next process.
FEATURES
The equipment has a reasonable structure, stable performance, easy operation, no dead angle in the whole machine, and no protruding screw. The structural features of the equipment are: the cage is inclined at 30° with the rotating shaft, the material makes a double movement in the silo, and there is a constant and violent flipping with the rotation of the random rack. At the same time, there is a high tangential movement along the silo wall to achieve the best mixing effect and effect. PLC, infrared safety device, and butterfly valve misoperation prevention device are used to achieve full automatic control to ensure production safety. All processes of the material are completed in the same container, without frequent material transfer, feeding, and shifting, effectively controlling dust and cross contamination, reducing material loss, effectively controlling the material layer, optimizing the production process, and fully meeting the GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.
