Wet Granulator (Wet Granulation Machine) - Key Equipment for Pharmaceutical & Industrial Granulation Processes
PRINCIPLE
The powder materials are fed into the mixing vessel through the dispensingsystem. Through rotation and push by the mixing paddle at the bottom, theyfirst move under a fluidizing status and get sufficient mixing. Then theadhesive is injected through the pressure spray gun to turn the dry powdersinto wet and soft materials. Meanwhile, they are made into even wetgranules under the double actions of the mixing paddle and the high-speedcutter on the side wall.
FEATURES
◆ It can be matched with wet granulator, swing granulator, and linked with fluidized bed dryer to form a fully enclosed granulation production line.
◆ The whole machine is made of high quality stainless steel.
◆ It is provided with special mixing barrel and conical column of acompound structure. The corners on the inner wall are subiected tosmooth transition and mirror polishing with easy cleaning and withoutmaterial sticking.The
◆ The mixing and granulating procedure can be completed in one step withthe materials in the closed mixing barrel.
◆ It adopts PLC control. The mixing and granulating motors are subjected tovariable frequency speed adjustment. All operations can be carried outautomatically or manually.
◆ lt is provided with interlocking protection device to ensure safer operation.
