Dry Granulator (Roll Compaction System) - Advanced Dry Granulation Equipment for Pharmaceutical, Food & Chemical Industries
APPLICATION
During granulation, the dispensed and mixed dry powdermaterials are fed into the upper hopper through the specialfeeder(pneumatic or mechanical) and conveyed to thepressure chamber through the spiral conveyor. The twohigh pressure extrusion wheels will press the materials intoslices of high density, which will be cut into small pieces bythe cutting system and made into granules of desired sizesby the two-stage granule sizing system, so that thegranulating process is completed.
PRINCIPLE
The LG roller compactor is mainly composed of thefollowing parts: material conveying system, directionchanging material conveying system, extrusion system,crushing system, front cover system, water cooling system.granule sizing system, hydraulic system, machine bodycombination, cover plate combination and rotary screensystem (not provided for partition installation).
FEATURES
The whole machine is designed into two major parts suchas machine body inside part and the work part outside theoperation panel. All driving parts and auxiliary facilities aredesigned inside the machine. The work part that contactmaterials is set outside the operation panel. The middlepart is isolated by multiple sealing. The work part worksunder a fully closed status, and all parts that contactmaterials are convenient to assemble, disassemble andclean, so as to effectively avoid dust leakage, lowerpollution possibilities and reduce cleaning area, fullymeeting GMP requirements for medicine production.
